WORLD FAMOUS ENT SURGEON DR. DANIELE MARCHOINI DEMONSTRATED ENT SURGERIES VIA ULTRA MODERN TECHNIQUES
Dehradun. An International Workshop is being organized by the Ear Nose Throat (ENT) Deptt. of Shri Guru Ram Rai Institute of Medical & Health Sciences and Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital. ENT surgeries via ultra modern techniques were done by
endoscopic surgeon Professor Dr. Daniele Marchoini and other world famous ENT surgeons. The medical researchers and doctors acquainted with those techniques by these world famous surgeons. These surgeries were live telecasted from the operation theatre of Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital to the workshop venue. By means of Youtube and other internet means, these surgeries were also seen as live telecast in India and abroad. On Saturday, at the auditorium of SGRRIM&HS, the Two Days (09 & 10th September 2023) International Workshop with the title ‘ENT ADITUS 2023’ was begun jointly by Vice Chancellor, Shri Guru Ram Rai University, Dr. Yashbir Dewan, Guest of Honour, Dr.H.C.K. Joshi, Principal, Shri Guru Ram Rai Institute of Medical & Health Sciences, Dr. R.K. Verma, Chief, Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital, Dr. Prerak Mittal, Medical Superintendent Dr. Ajay Pandita and HOD, Deptt. of ENT, SGRRIM&HS and Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital, Dr. Tripti Mamgain by lamp lighting.
World famous ENT Surgeon HOD, Deptt. of ENT, University of Medona, Italy ENT Surgeon of Asia fame Dr. Vikas Aggarwal conducted endoscopic ENT surgeries by ultra modern international techniques. 4 surgeries were done on Saturday while 4 surgeries are being planned for Sunday.
In the international workshop, world class ultra modern techniques were used for conducting Endoscopic Typanoplasty, Navigation Guided Endoscopic Sinus and Coblation Adeno Tonsillectomy Surgeries . While addressing the gathering over the occasion, Dr. Tripti Mamgain said that the main objective of this international workshop is to acquaint the medical researchers and ENT doctors with world class ENT Operation techniques. She said that the discipline of medical scinecs is ever advancing and ever expanding. Its keeps on encompassing new techniques each day for better patient treatment. She said that such workshops are unique platforms for educational propagation, new instrumental equipments and understanding latest techniques.
The occasion was also marked by the auspicious presence of Shri Guru Ram Rai Institute of Medical & Health Sciences Vice Principal Dr. Puneet Ohri, Vice Principal Dr. Lalit Kumar Varshney, Vice Principal Dr. Utkarsh Sharma, Dr. Sharad Hernot, Dr. D.M. Kala, Dr. D.M. Kala, Dr. Arvind Verma, HODs, faculty members and doctors of various departments, medical students and nursing staff of SGRRIM&HS and Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital.
